JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide multiple levels of support to Facilities Project Management Organization.
- Provide and maintain Operations and Project Support services as needed in support of organization.
- Develop presentation materials utilizing MS PowerPoint, Visio, or other required formats for client support.
- Shopping cart creation in SAP, routing, and tracking.
- Ongoing reporting of purchase orders, project activities, tracking spreadsheets, and other reporting as requested by management.
- Onboarding new hires in Workday, assisting in terminations, and coordination training.
- Logging the project binder as-builts in Excel, tracking binders through the process flow to maintain as-built movement.
- Supplies (ordering, stocking, budgeting).
- Collaborate and communicate with project leaders.
- Support Project Financial Reconciliation activities.
- Other non-routine duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
· College Degree with 5+ years of industry experience or 9+ years of industry experience
· Must be highly detail-oriented and organized
· Intermediate knowledge of Excel is required
· Proven accuracy, reliability and completeness in job accomplishment
· Must be able to interface with a variety of people from different technical levels and educational backgrounds
· Must be a self-starter attitude with proactive, results-oriented focus; and willing and capable to assume additional responsibilities
· Experience with supporting managers of various levels
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and establish priorities
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio)
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Works well under pressure and has impressive stress management
· Onboarding experience is a plus
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Predisposition for catching error and enacting appropriate changes

- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective eye wear, a hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, hearing protection, and respirators.
- Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs, catwalks, and other types of uneven surfaces where activity inspections are needed.
