Job Description

Position: Project Coordinator

Job Location: Anaheim, CA

Flex, CTH or Search: Contract to hire

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3-6 months Contract to hire

Interview Process: in-person (I have their holiday schedule they WILL interview the week of Christmas & New Year’s!)

Reason for Position: This is to assist with a few of their most crucial capital projects, specifically their EZ Pass 3 project which is their single sign-on.


About Gordian Dynamics:

  • They are a healthcare IT consulting firm, their largest client being St. Joseph Health System (my client). This role will be working with St. Joe’s, and will convert to a FTE of Gordian in 6 months. These people may eventually work with other end clients within healthcare IT after St. Joe’s. Gordian is filled with very sharp minds and they are looking for top caliber talent!

Qualifications

What they need:

  • Strong IT Project Coordinator needed to assist with most crucial capital projects
  • Must be high energy, task oriented
  • Need to come from experience working in a non-structured environment
  • Will be working with multiple teams on multiple projects. Candidates need to be FLEXIBLE and comfortable working in a chaotic environment.
  • Must have very strong MS Project and Visio skills
  • Healthcare experience not important
  • Infrastructure project experience
  • Must be polished and present very well
  • Experience working among C level executive
  • Experience working in enterprise environments
  • Strong technical documentation (project documentation)
  • Candidates must be very processed oriented.
  • Will be creating project charters, project plans, writing reports to C-level executives
  • Must be very polished and personable
