Company Overview:
eJam is a dynamic, privately-owned e-commerce, marketing & advertising company with a strong focus on AI and marketing training. We thrive in high-velocity environments where creativity meets operational discipline. As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a creative operations pro to bring structure and execution muscle to our creative production workflows.
Role Summary:
We’re looking for a Creative Project Coordinator — someone who thrives on bringing clarity, structure, and precision to fast-moving creative environments. You’ll serve as the link between strategy, production, and post-production teams, ensuring every deliverable is on track, every deadline is met, and every stakeholder is aligned. If you excel at turning creative chaos into seamless execution, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage weekly project plans and daily task schedules to ensure creative deliverables are completed on time.
- Strategically assign projects across creative strategists, editors, and designers to optimize workload balance and output.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external collaborators (freelancers, agencies, vendors) to eliminate bottlenecks and maintain forward momentum.
- Track project statuses, flag potential risks, and proactively communicate updates to leadership.
- Facilitate onboarding and system setup for new hires or freelancers, ensuring seamless integration into creative production workflows.
- Organize and manage creative assets between internal and external stakeholders — making sure the right files go to the right people, versioning is maintained, and the archive is accessible.
Have a voice in building better workflows: identify inefficiencies or roadblocks and share insights that help shape smarter systems for your team and the organization as a whole.
Requirements
- Proven experience coordinating creative or marketing projects in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Teamwork, and/or Float.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with sharp attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content pipelines, and digital marketing environments.
Nice to Haves:
- Working knowledge of post-production tools and asset management systems (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io).
- Experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or creative production management.
- Understanding of end-to-end creative workflows — from ideation to final delivery.
Benefits
- Be part of a nimble team where your voice matters and your contributions are visible.
- Work in a creative-forward environment rooted in marketing innovation and AI-driven growth.
- Opportunity to shape how we operate — you’re not just joining a process, you’re helping build it.
- Amazing, Pet-Friendly Office Environment
- Free DoorDash lunch on Friday's
