vHive is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the Senior Program Manager in delivering a complex, nationwide digital twin deployment. This role involves logistical coordination, stakeholder support, ERP tracking, and field operations oversight across multiple U.S. regions.
You will coordinate with multiple Drone Service Providers (DSPs), manage site logistics, and track deliverables in alignment with project timelines and quality expectations. While SLA ownership lies with the Operations Manager, the Project Coordinator/Assistant will play a key role in tracking SLA performance and supporting compliance monitoring across all vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate several Drone Service Providers (DSPs) for deployment across a wide range of telecom sites.
- Assign and monitor DSP site allocations based on regional availability, project stage, and operational readiness.
- Update and track survey and delivery statuses using the client’s ERP system.
- Monitor logistics, ensuring delivery milestones are met and recorded accurately.
- Manage and track telecom site access logistics and documentation.
- Support ad hoc field management issues, including delays, access changes, or schedule conflicts.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to:
- - Track SLA compliance and escalate performance risks
- - Monitor delivery quality and timeliness across vendors.
- Support the Senior Program Manager in generating and maintaining project reports, dashboards, and progress updates that reflect the status of all projects under the national program.
- Maintain documentation of meetings, action items, and provide general administrative and project tracking support.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, vendor operations, or field logistics
- Familiarity with ERP systems and project tracking platforms
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other collaboration tools
- Native English speaker, CV’s must submitted in English
- Location - Texas.
Preferred:
- Direct experience in telecom field work, especially at access-managed sites
- Knowledge of telecom infrastructure and field service operations
- Experience working with multiple vendors or third-party field partners
- Exposure to SLA-driven environments and quality tracking
