Your Role:
As the Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating high-impact global strategic projects aligned with the company’s overarching strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing clear, comprehensive project plans and establishing robust operational processes and mechanisms to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you will closely monitor project progress, resources, budgets, and timelines, proactively identifying risks, addressing resource constraints, resolving conflicts, and implementing corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently. You will serve as a central point of communication, ensuring all stakeholders are consistently informed and aligned.
Global strategic projects represent the company's top-tier initiatives driven by Faraday Future’s global strategy. These projects typically involve significant scope, complexity, high visibility, and substantial organizational impact. They span multiple functional areas such as marketing, sales, product management, technology development, online services, and user operations, as well as vehicle R&D, supply chain management, charging infrastructure, and manufacturing.
Success in this position requires excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and collaborate across diverse teams and functions globally
Basic Qualifications:
- At least bachelor's degree on management, business, ecommerce or engineering.
- At least a year working experience of project management or operations in IT, ecommerce or automotive industry.
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Be familiar with project process and at least one management tool such as M.S. Project and Visio,
- Courage to face Challenge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales or Services industry is preferred
- Experience in Auto Industry and IT Industry is preferred
- Candidate with successful cases of international collaboration projects
- Candidate with the PMP certificate is preferred
Annual Salary Range:
($70K - $75K DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
