ABOUT THIS ROLE
Patrick Ta Beauty is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented NPL Project Coordinator to support new product launches for product and creative teams within the organization.   This role serves as an operational connector across Product Development, Creative, Packaging, Regulatory, Marketing, Operations, and external partners, helping ensure packaging artwork, sampling, and key launch activities move forward efficiently and on time. While the primary focus is managing artwork routing across new product launches and core business, this role will also support broader commercialization and operations needs as needed including creating timelines, measuring timeline adherence and producing key visibility tools. 
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Initiate routing and review of packaging artwork for primary and secondary components, including unit cartons, labels, components, and inserts.
  • Track review status, feedback, and approvals to support timely completion and alignment with overall project timelines.
  • Maintain organized records of artwork files, approvals, proofs, and final releases to support documentation, traceability, and audit readiness.
  • Support day-to-day coordination of new product launch projects, including sampling requests, vendor communication, and product tracking.
  • Provide clear and consistent status updates to Project Managers, cross-functional stakeholders, and external suppliers.
  • Help roll out project management tools and workflows that improve routing visibility, tracking accuracy, and team efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement across artwork routing, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members on tools, trackers, and internal processes.
  • Assist the commercialization and operations team with related activities such as coordinating vendor meetings, reviewing inventory reports, and tracking product readiness.
 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, commercialization support, artwork coordination, packaging operations, or creative operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and revisions simultaneously.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Development, Creative, Packaging, Regulatory, or Operations teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in cosmetics, beauty, CPG, or other regulated consumer goods industries.
  • Familiarity with packaging artwork workflows and approval processes.
  • Exposure to regulatory copy requirements, including INCI listings, warnings, and market-specific requirements.
  • Experience using project management or asset management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or Esko.

Salary Range Opportunity:
 
  • The hiring range for this role is $72,000 - 82,000 USD

Our salary ranges are informed by verified market data and reflect our commitment to competitive pay within our size and industry. Individual compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including role requirements, experience, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Final base pay may also vary based on geographic location and job-related expertise. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include a bonus and a comprehensive suite of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
