Who You Are 

This position is part of TabaPay’s Product and Technology organizations and the Project Coordinator will work across multiple business and technical units within TabaPay to drive overall project success. 

The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator or administrator, but is self-motivated, curious, and has a drive to get things done.

What You’ll Do 

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Proactively take charge, get things done and operate effectively 
  • Develop and maintain project tasks and track the tasks to completion
  • Be the point of contact and communicate project status to cross-functional teams
  • Organize and participate in daily calls and stakeholder meetings
  • Document meeting notes and follow-up on action items
  • Actively identify and address the needs of the team and provide appropriate support
  • Tracking project progress and deadlines
  • Preparing reports and meeting notes
  • Coordinating and organizing project documents and files

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline 
  • 1+ years specialized experience in project coordination or management in a technology organization 
  • Prior experience working in a software development startup or hypergrowth environment preferred
  • Familiarity or experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, Agile methodology 
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of technical and cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and generate regular updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project requirements and priorities.
  • Facilitate meetings to track project progress, align on deliverables, and resolve issues.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity in communication.
  • Support the leadership in managing project portfolios, prioritizing initiatives, and tracking key deliverables.

  • Preparing reports and meeting notes
  • Coordinating and organizing project documents and files
  • Coordinating meetings, and maintaining key decision logs

Qualifications

  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, banking or coordination 

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making

This position is onsite 5 days a week at our Palo Alto, CA HQ.

The pay for this internship is $30/hr.
