Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Controller to join TYLin’s Bridge Sector. This individual will participate in financial and staff planning while identifying any room for improvement.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Participate in project planning (financial and staffing)

  • Track project performance and regularly communicate with Project Manager and/or Team Leads.

  • Attend project progress and coordination meetings.

  • Prepare Project Performance data for Joint Venture or Executive Board meetings (as applicable)

  • Accurately track contractor work progress related to schedule.

  • Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages.

  • Identify improvements for project controls, templates and products, and refer ideas to appropriate line manager.   

Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Finance.

  • At least 2-5 years’ experience in Architecture & Engineering

  • Project Accounting experience a plus

  • Understanding of construction scheduling processes preferred

  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.

  • Proficiency with MS Office programs required.

  • Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.

  • Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.

  • High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.

  • Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.


 

Additional Information

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $87,00 - $131,600 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.  TYLin is proud to offer exciting career development opportunities.
