Identify duplicates, missing information, inconsistencies, and discrepancies; independently research and correct errors; recommend data-quality solutions; and complete assigned projects accurately within deadlines while working independently with minimal supervision.
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to help us complete a time-sensitive data cleanup and management project. This role is ideal for someone who is highly accurate, catches inconsistencies, thinks critically, and can work independently with minimal training.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, clean, organize, and update data in HubSpot
- Verify records and identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent information

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is required
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to identify discrepancies and independently research errors

- Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong follow-through and ability to see tasks through to completion
