The Project Assistant/Case Assistant is an entry level position in either our Business Law or Litigation Departments working with attorneys in all phases of transactional matters under the supervision of a Sr Paralegal Staff member.

What You'll Do:
• Assist with litigation transactions as directed.
• Document control, review and production.
• Assist in trial exhibit organization.
• Support factual research and the creation and use of various litigation databases.
• Manage multiple tasks and complete under time constraints.
• Collaborate with other projects as assigned.
Who You Are:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal), attention to detail, and follow through is a must.
• A team player with exceptional customer service skills and an ability to build and maintain working relationships.
