About the Role
We’re looking for an Programmatic Reporting Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that give our clients the insights they need to make smart, data-driven decisions. You’ll work on a focused set of projects, following established best practices while building your technical expertise, deepening your business understanding, gaining valuable insights into the media landscape, and developing a strong understanding of our platform’s capabilities.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Apply knowledge of media and marketing performance metrics to create meaningful insights.
- Monitor KPIs and provide analysis to support decision-making for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Address assigned reporting requests with accuracy and timeliness.
- Gather and clarify reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into effective, scalable solutions.
- Develop reporting processes and tools that can grow with the business.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for client deliverables and scaled measurement solutions.
- Understanding of our platform’s core capabilities, limitations, and integration points.
- Develop a working knowledge of our platform’s core features, limitations, and integration points to ensure solutions align with product capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting through product enhancements or integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, for client deliverables and scaled measurement solutions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in analytics or reporting within a media, marketing, or advertising environment.
- 3-5 years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot).
- Basic SQL skills for querying and analysis.
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation, automation, or statistical analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand measurement challenges and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
- Developing project management skills, including gathering and prioritizing requirements.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, reporting methodologies, and media strategies.
- Strong team player, who enjoys collaboration and partnership.
- Awareness of product functionality and ability to work with product teams to address reporting gaps.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of data structures and ETL processes.
- Ability to communicate technical data as clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
