The Opportunity:We’re growing quickly and looking for a Programmatic Operations Manager to help support our expanding client base. In this role, you’ll be a key member of the team, focused on delivering excellent service to our sell-side and content partners.
Drawing on your in-depth knowledge of ad server management and programmatic platforms, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the ad stack. You’ll work closely with key publishers, content partners, the programmatic team, and the publisher development team to help meet their objectives.

Responsibilities:Manage and maintain supply-side integrations with the LG Ads ad server, ensuring seamless delivery and performance across U.S. video inventory.
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for key supply partnerships, delivering top-notch customer service and relationship management.
Lead regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with publisher and content partners to align on performance, opportunities, and strategy.
Support the Publisher Development and Programmatic Operations teams in client-facing discussions, highlighting technical capabilities and setup processes for inventory integrations.
Perform regular audits of supply connections, ensuring integration health and identifying any discrepancies or performance gaps across U.S. inventory.
Act as a liaison between publishers and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, inventory packaging, and monetization strategies.
Monitor and interpret performance metrics, surfacing actionable insights to maximize yield and fill across partner supply.
Stay up to date on industry trends and platform changes to proactively identify new opportunities for publisher growth and revenue.
Minimum 5+ years experience in ad operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and proactive with a ‘‘get stuff done’ attitude
Understanding of Ad Serving Ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Exchanges, Networks, ad servers, etc.)
Understanding of CTV environments (vMVPDs, OTT, Addressable TV, etc.)
Knowledge of Video Ad Serving Protocols (VAST, VPAID, OpenRTB)
The ability to convey complex technical requirements and ideas to both technical and commercially focused people internally and externally
Experience in diagnosing and working through issues with third-party technology vendors including DSPs, DMPs, and ad servers
A curiosity and aptitude for working with new technologies and partnering with publishers to drive solutions to fit partner’s business needs
Customer centric mindset
Knowledge and experience working with advertising reporting, analysis systems, and tools
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple short and long-term projects
