Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain supply-side integrations with the LG Ads ad server, ensuring seamless delivery and performance across U.S. video inventory.

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for key supply partnerships, delivering top-notch customer service and relationship management.

  • Lead regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with publisher and content partners to align on performance, opportunities, and strategy.

  • Support the Publisher Development and Programmatic Operations teams in client-facing discussions, highlighting technical capabilities and setup processes for inventory integrations.

  • Perform regular audits of supply connections, ensuring integration health and identifying any discrepancies or performance gaps across U.S. inventory.

  • Act as a liaison between publishers and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, inventory packaging, and monetization strategies.

  • Monitor and interpret performance metrics, surfacing actionable insights to maximize yield and fill across partner supply.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and platform changes to proactively identify new opportunities for publisher growth and revenue.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in ad operations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized and proactive with a ‘‘get stuff done’ attitude

  • Understanding of Ad Serving Ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Exchanges, Networks, ad servers, etc.)

  • Understanding of CTV environments (vMVPDs, OTT, Addressable TV, etc.)

  • Knowledge of Video Ad Serving Protocols (VAST, VPAID, OpenRTB)

  • The ability to convey complex technical requirements and ideas to both technical and commercially focused people internally and externally

  • Experience in diagnosing and working through issues with third-party technology vendors including DSPs, DMPs, and ad servers

  • A curiosity and aptitude for working with new technologies and partnering with publishers to drive solutions to fit partner’s business needs

  • Customer centric mindset

  • Knowledge and experience working with advertising reporting, analysis systems, and tools

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple short and long-term projects

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
