Manage and grow major account programs by planning and implementing sales activities, analyzing program risks, ensuring rebate compliance, maintaining pricing databases and reports, and coordinating monthly reviews with sales teams and customers.

● Serve as key contact for tactical account issues both external and internal. Heavy collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Tax, Legal, Credit, Finance etc.
● Strengthen relationships with key customer contacts and driving corporate business partnerships.
● Manage account financial performance metrics to ensure maximum profitability, leveraging departmental price management process and tools.
● Develop customer visits or sales meeting presentation strategy utilizing tools such as QBR’s, CBR reporting and Power Point presentations. Interact on internal/external conference calls with sales and field support teams.
● Continuously grow and develop a customer account base of increasing size and complexity.
● Participate in sales growth and profitability and/or cost savings initiatives under the direction of segment lead or sales leadership.
Job Purpose:
The Print Customer Program Manager will assist in planning and implementing sales to specific major accounts to retain client's business and grow those opportunities. This will be accomplished by learning what their client's goals are and helping their clients achieve them.Job Responsibilities:
● Manage portfolio of customers' account contract, program parameters, compliance and documentation including: terms and conditions updates, pricing renewals, customer program communication, incremental business onboarding, program changes, and e-business projects.● Serve as key contact for tactical account issues both external and internal. - Salary: $71,700 - $84,300 annually
