Program Manager

A program manager oversees multiple related projects and ensures they align with the organization’s strategic goals. This role focuses on coordination, planning, resource management, and long term success of programs. Program managers collaborate with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders to maintain consistency, drive outcomes, and ensure each component of the program contributes to the overall objectives.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects within a program to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop program strategies, timelines, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress across projects, identifying risks, dependencies, and areas needing support.
• Communicate program updates, performance metrics, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and team leads to maintain consistency and quality.
• Manage program budgets, forecast resource needs, and ensure financial accountability.
• Establish processes and standards to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
• Resolve issues that may impact program goals and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Ensure deliverables across all projects meet quality standards and align with program objectives.
• Support change management efforts and cross functional coordination.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience managing programs or multiple related projects.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to solve problems, manage conflict, and make decisions under pressure.
• Experience with project or program management tools and software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
