Role Overview
What will you be doing?
As a program manager in the PMO, you will drive projects that have material impact on the global Circana organization and its vision to transform the market data research industry with powerful AI focused platforms and insight delivery tools.
You will lead several global projects at the same time, working with teams from different areas while driving stakeholder communication and engagement, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for building and keeping project plans clear and organized—covering everything from scope and timelines to budget, quality, risks, and resources. You will also use best practices to identify and reduce risks early, ensuring projects stay on track using standard tools and templates.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resource management.
- Apply best practices in risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Drive stakeholder communication and engagement, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize standardized tools and templates to ensure consistency and compliance with PMO governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of deliverables and achievement of business objectives.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Five or more years of software-oriented project management experience in one or more of the settings below:
- Financial services
- Software company (retail-oriented software company preferred)
- Market research supplier with a defined software offering
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Advanced degree a plus)
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid methodologies
- Expert user of cloud-based project management applications (Monday.com a plus)
- Experience managing complex interdisciplinary global programs
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results while maintaining accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts in a concise and professional way to audiences with varying levels of expertise.

Location: This position can be located in the following area(s): Fully Remote w/ travel required
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
