  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful and sustainable program implementation.
  • Directly drive workstreams including awareness, acquisition, tech implementation, and onboarding for 100+ organizational partners within the program.
  • Coordinate and track all workstreams across the program including technology, public storytelling, and programmatic reporting.
  • Represent ReflexAI at conferences, convenings, and other public events to cultivate relationships with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership to lead internal initiatives aligned with ReflexAI’s growth and impact strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, AI/ML, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate insights from program performance and partner feedback to inform future planning and continuous improvement.
  • Develop presentations, reports, and other materials that effectively communicate program goals, outcomes, and lessons learned to internal and external audiences.
  • Champion ReflexAI’s values of Security, Customer Impact, Long-term Mindset, Innovation, and Inclusion in every aspect of your work.

Requirements for a great fit

  • You have significant experience (typically 4+ years) in program or project management, ideally within mission-driven or cross-sector settings.
  • You have specific expertise (typically 3+ years) in digital marketing or other forms of awareness building.
  • You have demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder initiatives, partnerships, or large-scale social impact programs.
  • You have a demonstrated understanding of technical team operations, including but not limited to the product development lifecycle.
  • You are an excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with executives, partners, and community leaders across diverse contexts.
  • You are highly organized and capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
  • You are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where innovation and collaboration are key.
  • You can distill complex information into clear recommendations, decisions, and next steps.
  • You’re excited to represent ReflexAI externally and to help grow its reputation as a trusted leader in social impact and AI innovation.
  • You embody ReflexAI’s core values of Security, Customer impact, Long-term Mindset, Innovation, and Inclusion.

Benefits

  • Generous retirement, equity, healthcare, and PTO policies

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
