What You’ll Do
As a Program Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact initiatives across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. You’ll build the structures and processes that keep programs moving forward and ensure strategic goals translate into tangible outcomes.
Drive end-to-end program management for multi-team initiatives, from scoping through stated outcome
Build and maintain clear program roadmaps, communication plans, and progress reporting for executive stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks across initiatives, removing blockers and ensuring accountability
Drive continuous improvement by standardizing program management practices, tools, and workflows
Build repeatable frameworks and best practices to improve program execution at scale
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of program management, product operations, or product management experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and within scope
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting
Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Bonus Points
Experience in SaaS, AI-driven products, or workflow automation
Proficiency with data analysis
Background in scaling operations across global teams

We are a hybrid workforce with key hubs in Denver, Fishers (Indiana), Los Angeles, Toronto, and Krakow, Poland. While some roles offer flexibility in location, others may require proximity to one of our hubs. Wherever you’re based, our approach is built on trust, collaboration, and doing what works best for our people and the business.
Salary Range
$125,000 - $140,000 CAD. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
