We are looking for a Program Manager - Data Privacy & Compliance (Part time/ 20hr/week) to join our growing team.
In This Role
As a Program Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of business operations, technology delivery, and process improvement. You’ll drive initiatives that enable efficiency, compliance, and innovation across enterprise programs. This role blends program management, financial acumen, and technical problem-solving, making it an ideal fit for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
You will:
Lead and support business operations and technology projects across domains such as engineering, R&D, finance, infrastructure, and consumer products.
Own Rhythm of Business (ROB) processes, including executive meetings, content readiness, planning cycles, and communications.
Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, translate them into actionable solutions, and guide delivery using agile principles.
Conduct financial planning, reporting, and variance analysis to support investment decisions and budget alignment.
Design, document, and implement process improvements and automation solutions using platforms like Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Partner with cross-functional teams—finance, IT, legal, compliance, and product groups—to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Build dashboards, models, and reports in Excel, SQL, and Power BI to inform decision-making.
Manage escalations and drive resolutions with business and technical teams.
Support executive-level communications, employee engagement, and organizational change initiatives.
Required
Experience: 5–8 years in program or project management, ideally spanning both business operations and technical solution delivery.
Technical Acumen: Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel modeling, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Process & Tools: Proven success managing program operations (ROB), project scheduling, and workflow automation using Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Power Platform).
Financial Expertise: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting investment decisions.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience influencing executive stakeholders.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
Experience in enterprise environments, especially in technology-driven organizations.
Familiarity with compliance, governance, or large-scale financial systems.
Background in infrastructure or cloud capacity planning.
Interest in AI, automation, and emerging productivity tools.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $80,000 - $95,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
