The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, developing customer relationships, and delivering results-driven solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex project lifecycles. Additionally, the Program Manager will be responsible for developing a strategy to grow international depot business opportunities, identifying new markets, and expanding existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex projects with development and delivery to international customers in the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Work closely with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and execute capture plans
- Develop and execute a strategy to grow international depot business opportunities, including:
- Identifying new markets and customers
- Expanding existing relationships with current customers
- Developing and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts and partners
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
- Lead proposal development efforts, including:
- Developing winning proposal strategies and themes
- Writing and editing proposal content, including technical volumes, past performance, and management plans
- Coordinating with subject matter experts to gather and incorporate relevant information
- Managing proposal schedules and deadlines to ensure timely submission
- Collaborating with the proposal team to develop and refine proposal content
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align business development efforts with company goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop executable Statements of Work (SOWs) for proposal pricing
- Manage cross-functional teams through the development lifecycle, ensuring successful transition into production
- Understand and manage integrated master schedules and baselines to ensure project deliverables are met
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to track project performance and ensure cost, schedule, and scope are aligned
- Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 5 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a relate field leading complex projects with development and hardware delivery. In absence of degree, 8 or more years of direct experience required
- Proven experience working with Aerospace and Defense type customers and end-users
- Familiarity with international business practices and cultural norms
- The ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex project lifecycles
- Strong understanding of integrated master schedules and baselines, as well as Earned Value Management principles
- Ability to develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, or related field)
- Strong understanding of the level of effort required for engineering design of organic-based Depot support facilities
- Expertise working with international customers and navigating cultural differences
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., ITAR, FAR)
- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, SAP)
- Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships
- Experience with market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Professional certification in Program Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is desirable
