cBEYONData is seeking an experienced techno-functional Program Manager to lead implementations and incremental capability deployments for DoD Financial Management projects. Successful candidates should have demonstrated experience managing teams composed of data processing and other information management professionals and have hands-on analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information and/or telecommunications systems experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter.
  • Serve as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation and alternatives.
  • Think independently and demonstrate exceptional written and oral communications skills.
  • Apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.
  • Work on unusually complex technical problems and provide solutions, which are highly innovative and ingenious.
  • Work under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives.
  • Assignments are often self-initiated.
  • Determine and pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.
  • Develop advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product.
  • Provide expertise in providing end-to-end direction and functional oversight of the entire DAI global model.
  • Provide expertise in Oracle EBS, with knowledge of R12.2.5 or higher.
  • Demonstrate excellent working knowledge of the Oracle EBS application and the Federal and DoD business processes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in providing functional support for major development/upgrade efforts and postproduction.
  • Provide expertise be in a particular area of Information Technology (e.g., Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software
  • Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Communications or Network Systems Management), or a specific functional area (e.g., finance, logistics, or operations research).

Requirements:

  • Experience with Oracle EDQ and ODI tools for Implementation and sustainment tasks
  • Supported DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher
  • Security Clearance: Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current NACLC or (T3)
  • DoD 8570.01-M Certification: DFARS 252.239-7001 Information Assurance Contractor Training and Certification compliant, if required for position
  • Must hold a Project or Program Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project or Program Management certification)
    • Project or Program Management certifications from accredited institutions are required. Examples from government and commercial sources include, but are not limited to, the Defense Acquisition University, The Program Management Institute, Department of Veterans Affairs as well as Universities and Colleges. Substitutes for a Project or Program Management Certification such as training, degrees, or relevant experience, will be considered and must clearly state how the credentials are equivalent to the certifications.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Must have 10 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields; have experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones; and have experience in analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the creation of acquisition documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
