The Talent Acquisition organization at Anduril is seeking an analytical, strategic, and relationship-oriented Program Manager to oversee and optimize our Veteran hiring programs. This role is pivotal in translating our vision into tangible programs that support transitioning service members, build a robust talent pipeline from veteran and community sources, and foster strong community relationships. The ideal candidate will be a skilled program manager with a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes but more importantly, capable of driving projects from conception to successful implementation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:- Program Development & Strategy:
- Lead the design and strategic planning of our Veterans workforce development programs.
- Translate high-level objectives into actionable project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices, emerging needs, and opportunities for creative solutions around Veteran hiring strategies.
- Project Execution & Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of all program projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Talent Acquisition Process Familiarity:
- Leverage understanding of talent acquisition processes to design and implement programs that attract, recruit, and onboard veterans and individuals from target communities into our workforce.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure program participants have clear pathways to employment opportunities within Anduril.
- Develop and manage onboarding and integration plans for program participants.
- Partnership Management:
- Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations (e.g., veteran service organizations), educational institutions, community groups, and government agencies.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with program goals and company values.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Effectively communicate program progress, challenges, and successes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams (People, Legal, Operations, Executive Leadership) and external partners.
- Skills:
- Program & Project Management: Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills. Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
- Talent Acquisition Acumen: Understanding of recruitment cycles, candidate experience, and pipeline management.
- Partnership Development: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to define metrics, collect data, analyze performance, and derive actionable insights.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with a strong ability to think critically and creatively.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity.
- Passion for Mission: Demonstrated interest in veteran support, community development, or workforce development.
- Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-profit Management, People, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [5-7]+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, launching, and managing complex programs from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition processes, including recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, onboarding, and pipeline development. Experience with veteran hiring initiatives is a strong plus.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
