- Lead and help on critical projects for leaders in our People org, requiring you to quickly learn new subject matters and create priorities in an ambiguous environment.
- Proactively identify and address recurring business challenges, innovating and iterating on processes to foster long-term solutions and support the team's evolving needs
- Collaborate closely with the People Insights team to gather and interpret data from various HR systems, employee surveys, performance metrics, and other internal sources to inform key presentations.
- Translate data and trends into strategic concepts, creating clear and compelling narratives for senior executives. Provide actionable insights in a visually impactful and concise format.
- Develop and design high-quality, polished slide decks for executives presentations for the Head of People and other senior leaders. Tailor content for different audiences, ensuring it is aligned with leadership priorities and company objectives.
- Ensure that all presentations are consistent, accurate, and high-quality by reviewing content and incorporating feedback from key stakeholders.
- Minimum of 4+ yrs experience in management consulting, strategy, internal operations, or program management.
- Proven track record of creating high-quality executive-level presentations with proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights that support business objectives into a compelling narrative.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of being self-driven and relentlessly proactive. You don’t wait on others to solve problems, you proactively step into the gap to propose solutions yourself.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
- Experience working with People Insights or HR data is a plus.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
