UTA seeks a Program Manager to support complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that enable the company’s rapidly evolving business and long-term strategic priorities. This role will be part of the Technology Strategy & Planning team in Los Angeles and will partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Finance, and Operations to plan, coordinate, and track programs that drive efficiency, scale, and innovation across the agency. The ideal candidate brings strong program and project management fundamentals, financial planning and budget management experience, a collaborative mindset, and is comfortable working with both technology leaders and business leaders.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do

Support Strategic Program Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of cross-functional technology programs, ensuring alignment with defined strategic objectives, business outcomes, timelines, and associated budgets/financial targets

  • Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to help define scope, milestones, and deliverables for program roadmaps in support of UTA’s technology priorities

  • Coordinate program activities, including status reporting, risk and issue tracking, budgeting, and stakeholder communication across technology and business functions

  • Identify and track cross-team dependencies, escalating risks or blockers to senior engineering leaders as needed

Stakeholder Communications and Change Support

  • Coordinate communications related to major technology initiatives, ensuring impacted stakeholders are informed and prepared for changes

  • Support planning and logistics for technology-wide forums such as town halls, leadership meetings, and cross-functional working session to ensure strategic program success

Portfolio, Reporting, and Resource Support

  • Support resource planning activities by gathering data on team capacity, forecasts, and key constraints for strategic programs, in partnership with Technology and Finance

  • Assist with the preparation of materials for senior leadership updates, including portfolio reviews, quarterly business reviews, and steering committee

Enable Technology Strategy & Operations

  • Translate strategic direction from leadership into actionable program and workstream plans

  • Assist with the intake, prioritization, and tracking of new initiatives, ensuring they are properly scoped and resourced

  • Support the development of program-level KPIs and dashboards to track progress, risks, and impact against strategic goals

  • Contribute to process design and continuous improvement efforts that enhance how Technology plans, executes, and reports on strategic work

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, strategy & operations, or a similar coordination role within a technology-focused environment

  • Experience working with software engineering and/or product teams; familiarity with SDLC concepts, Agile practices, and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar)

  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using data and metrics to inform decisions and recommendations

  • High-ownership, proactive mindset with a willingness to dive into details, operate in ambiguity, and escalate appropriately to senior leaders

  • A collaborative, low-ego working style and genuine interest in enabling UTA’s long-term technology and business strategy

  • Demonstrated experience in financial management, including building forecasts, conducting regular budget‑to‑actual reviews, identifying variances, and partnering with stakeholders to manage spend for a program or department

  • Experience working in the media and entertainment industry
