General Summary:

The Program Manager/Service Delivery Manager is responsible for playing an essential role in delivering value and ensuring the success of interactions with partners. This role works in partnership with the Service Delivery teams to create an excellent customer experience for end-customers and business partners and ensure ever-improving customer support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and integration.

-Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator; additional certifications like Salesforce Platform App Builder are a plus.

-Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

-Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce platform.
 
-Project Management: Experience in managing Salesforce projects from conception to implementation.

  •   Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
    • Advanced knowledge of applicable work area
    • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business and partner
    requirements
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with various audiences
    • High levels of patience with the ability to remain calm under pressure
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
    • Willingness to make changes or adapt as the situation dictates
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
    • 3+ years of relevant experience

Working Conditions:

  •   Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location
    • 0-10% travel may be required
