💻 Role

The Recruiting Operations team is responsible for designing and scaling the processes, programs, and projects that enable Whatnot’s Recruiting organization to operate at a high level. We partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to improve efficiency, raise the bar on candidate quality, and support sustainable growth.

As a Program Manager, Recruiting Operations, you will:

  • Own recruiting operations programs for our Engineering, Product, and Design teams

  • Manage interview training programs, including scheduling and delivering trainings and maintaining training materials

  • Own and scale our Quality of Hire program

  • Identify and drive operational improvements to ensure recruiting programs and processes are effective, efficient, and scalable

  • Partner with the Technical Recruiting organization on a variety of initiatives, including:

    • Developing and leading recruiting-focused projects for hiring teams and leadership

    • Driving cross-functional initiatives by facilitating communication, coordination, planning, and execution across recruiting and partner teams

  • Leverage data to define success metrics, evaluate program impact, and inform strategic decisions

  • Contribute to other business-critical recruiting initiatives as needed

We offer flexibility to work from home or from one of our global office hubs, and we value in-person time for planning, problem-solving, and connection. Team members in this role must live within commuting distance of our New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, or San Francisco hubs.
