THE ROLE
We are seeking a Program Manager, People Operations to drive and scale critical People initiatives across the company. This role will sit at the center of People Ops, partnering cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Internal Communications, Finance, and Operations to design and execute high-impact programs that improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
This is a highly cross-functional, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and is equally comfortable building from scratch and optimizing existing programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Own and drive end-to-end People programs (e.g., onboarding, performance cycles, engagement initiatives, retention strategies)
- Build and scale operational processes that improve efficiency across People Ops and cross-functional teams
- Partner with HRBPs, TA, and leadership to translate business priorities into structured People programs
- Manage program timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery
- Identify gaps in current processes and implement scalable, data-driven solutions
- Leverage data and insights to measure program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
- Coordinate across systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, other People tools) to ensure seamless execution
- Create clear documentation, playbooks, and communication materials for programs and processes
- Act as a central point of coordination across People Ops initiatives, ensuring alignment and prioritization
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline People Ops workflows (e.g., intake, scheduling, communications, survey analysis)
- Evaluate and pilot new tools that improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and enhance employee experience
- Embed AI into program design (e.g., automated insights from engagement surveys, performance cycle support, onboarding content)
- Own and manage People Ops OKR tracking and reporting, ensuring clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes; drive regular updates, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders.
- Develop and operationalize the L&D roadmap, including planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives (e.g., onboarding, leadership development, capability building) in alignment with strategic business needs.
- 3+ years of experience in Program Management, with ideal exposure to People Operations, HR
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs from concept to execution
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience building and improving People processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Experience working with HRIS and recruiting systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Experience in eCommerce, logistics, or high-volume workforce environments
- Background supporting both HQ and frontline/operations teams
- Familiarity with employee engagement, performance management, and retention programs
- Experience with change management and large-scale program rollouts

JOB INFORMATION
- Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000/Per Year.
- Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
- Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health & Wellness Benefits, Flexible PTO, and more!
- This position requires traveling to our HQ office in Los Angeles, California, twice a year for all-company summits; once in the summer and once in the winter.
