The base salary range for this role is $95,500 - $152,500.00.

What You'll Do:
- Own partner platform onboarding and management roadmap, operational governance, and processes
- Set and track KPIs and program metrics, producing regular performance reports and insights
- Define and deliver partner program strategies to manage tradeoffs and maximize value while meeting timelines
- Develop and maintain documentation for partner systems & services workflows and standard operating procedures
- Manage operational workflow execution for onboarding new partners, partner compliance, and partner system integrations
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve partner systems and services
- Support operations teams with incident investigations and resolution
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, operations, supply chain management, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant business experience
- Ability to write custom SQL queries to mine and analyze large, complex data sets
- Experience leading and coordinating product, merchandising, and operations relationships
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiency
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with project management software tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Program/product management experience
- Position may require travel
Bonus:
- MBA or advanced degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience in Seller Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment Services
- Experience working in Mirakl or other eCommerce SaaS Platform environments
- Experience working in Oracle CRM or alternative software environments
- Knowledge of product classification systems, catalog taxonomy, and product launch processes
The base salary range for this role is $95,500 - $152,500.00.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
