BAE Systems' Countermeasures & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Program Manager in the Integrated Survivability Solutions (ISS) Product Line. This role is to manage the development of a laser based pointing system over a number of contracts. This Program Manger role will be focused on both execution and capture of follow-on efforts.

They will possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project success through strategic planning and risk management.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
To be considered for this Program Manager position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience leading technical and program teams through all phases of the lifecycle.
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Program Management: Demonstrated program management skills in complex development programs, with the ability to tailor processes to accelerate delivery.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, with strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills to achieve results through others.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage interdependent contracts and ensure projects stay on track and aligned with goals.
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate and execute a strategic vision, as well as convey complex program information to both program teams and executive leadership.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and manage budgets effectively.
- Subcontractor Management: Extensive experience in managing and overseeing subcontractor relationships.
- Risk Management: In-depth experience in identifying and mitigating Risks and Opportunities (R&O) to drive project success.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop a 5-year vision for the product and drive project success through dynamic scope management.
- Active secret clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with laser-based pointing systems or similar technical domains.
- Familiarity with defense or aerospace industry standards and regulations.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Demonstrated mastery of Program Management, Life-Cycle Management and Risk & Opportunity Management
- Master's degree
