Program Manager II | Program Management | Remote

RLDatix (RLD) is on a mission to help raise the standard of care…everywhere. Trusted by over 10,000 healthcare organizations around the world, our solutions help improve health and care. Our applications ensure that patients receive the best and safest care while supporting the providers who deliver it.

Joining TeamRLD means being part of a global effort of over 2,000 team members in making a difference in healthcare…every day.

We’re looking for a Program Manager II to join our North America Program Management team and play a key role in driving some of our most critical, cross-functional initiatives. This role is essential to strengthening operational efficiency and ensuring seamless execution across a complex portfolio of programs that span engineering, product, and operations.

You’ll serve as a strategic partner across teams—owning program roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring high-impact initiatives are delivered with clarity, predictability, and measurable results.

This is a highly visible role focused on connecting large-scale efforts across multiple products, particularly around key company priorities such as platform-wide initiatives (e.g., authentication, shared UI frameworks) that impact our full product ecosystem.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Lead end-to-end program planning and execution for complex, cross-functional initiatives across North America products (8–9 core products).

  • Drive alignment across engineering, product, and product operations, ensuring clear timelines, priorities, and accountability.

  • Manage program roadmaps, dependencies, and scheduling, proactively identifying risks and ensuring predictable delivery.

  • Partner closely with Product Managers at the feature level to translate strategy into executable program plans.

  • Oversee delivery of major “big rock” initiatives (e.g., platform-level efforts like authentication) across both new development and existing products.

  • Facilitate cross-team communication and decision-making, ensuring transparency across stakeholders.

  • Apply data-driven insights and dashboards to measure program performance and guide continuous improvement.

  • Optimize processes, workflows, and governance models to improve scalability and operational efficiency.

  • Provide consistent stakeholder updates and ensure alignment on progress, risks, and outcomes.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management within SaaS, technology, or engineering-driven organizations.

  • Proven success managing complex systems and multiple concurrent program streams across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong experience partnering with engineering and product organizations, with the ability to understand technical dependencies and risks.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-product initiatives with high visibility and business impact.

  • Expertise in program management and reporting tools such as Aha!, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar.

  • Experience building and leveraging dashboards and data-driven reporting (Power BI or similar is a plus).

  • Practical use of AI in program management (e.g., forecasting, reporting automation, risk identification) is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.

By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401K, paid time off, and paid holidays.

RLDatix is an equal opportunity employer, and our employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, age, gender, national origin, disability, handicap, marital status or any other status or condition protected by Federal and/or State laws.

As part of RLDatix’s commitment to the inclusion of all qualified individuals, we ensure that persons with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation in the job application and interview process. If reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in either step, please don’t hesitate to send a note to [email protected].

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also taken into consideration.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
