Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.
You will drive the execution of multi-track, complex software engineering and analytics projects with an increasing degree of independence . Your primary mission involves identifying and engaging stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on high-visibility CXO initiatives . By translating intricate business problems into technical epics and acceptance criteria, you ensure all deliverables meet the rigorous standards of our engineering and reporting departments .
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
  • Execute project plans by tracking completed work, capacity, and backlog health while monitoring for deviations in scope, time, or cost
  • Define project scope and key deliverables, transforming complex business needs into actionable epics for engineering teams
  • Proactively identify and engage stakeholders across functions, tailoring communication based on their specific influence and interest in the program
  • Facilitate smooth transitions through clear documentation and training to obtain final sign-off from project sponsors
  • Incorporate AI literacy and tools to streamline project tracking, reporting, and documentation efficiency
  • Accomplish defined departmental OKRs by establishing clear mitigation plans for identified risks
  • Participate in at least one in-person interview as part of the selection process

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):
  • A strong bias for action and the ability to apply the 80/20 rule to keep projects moving forward
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically the ability to tailor technical updates for non-technical stakeholders
  • Sound judgment under pressure, identifying risks early and establishing clear mitigation plans
  • Exceptional time management and organizational mastery, with the ability to manage multiple tracks of work simultaneously
  • Natural curiosity and the drive to ask deep questions to ensure full project understanding
  • High standards for accuracy in project documentation, reporting, and the definition of acceptance criteria
  • Demonstrated ability to balance immediate feature requests against long-term technical health and the elimination of tech debt

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum Experience: 2+ years of experience in project or program management.
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
    • Defining technical epics and acceptance criteria
    • Backlog and capacity management tools
    • Stakeholder management frameworks

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
