As a Global Facilities & Construction (GFAC) Cost Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing the Global Facilities collaborators the data analytics and information necessary to drive their strategic objective. You will need to be actively engage with Global and Site Facilities teams, Corporate Finance, Central Planning teams, and other cross functional business partners to manage overall strategic cost programs for Facilities network. You will oversee facilities capital program and business process, and provide continuous support to complex issues and lead to gap closure.
 

This role requires strong data management background, and ability to translate the complex data into a concise summary and dashboard. You should be a detailed oriented person, with the capability of providing clear and qualitative data analysis for higher management to support decision making. You should possess detailed understanding on cost expenditures, and finding opportunities for cost optimization. This role also required flexibility and the ability to maintain global relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Facilities capital programs & business processes, providing guidance and resolution of complex issues and gaps.

  • Facilitate Monthly Facilities Capital Reviews program.

  • Lead overall Strategic Program roll out with defined and standardized business processes.

  • Develop and own key performance metrics to measure capital performance against goals and commitments.

  • Manage Global Facilities cost and cashflow visibility, driving forecast accuracy, spend compliance, and early risk mitigation.

  • Collaborate with global partners to achieve spending compliance to Business Plan. Drive the Capital Performance to Plan (P2P) program and identify mitigation plan to meet Business Plan.

  • Provide benchmarking insights and analysis to support senior-leader decision making.

  • Serve as the primary integration point across sites, Central Planning and Capital Finance for capex changes, approvals and plan alignment.

  • Ensure capital governance and audit readiness, including adherence to approval flows, documentation standards, and accountability requirements.

  • Partner with Line Planning, Procurement and site teams to ensure cost integrity for new Facilities and Construction programs including budgeting requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree specialized in Engineering, Information systems, Business, or Finance or equivalent experience.

  • 5 years of working experience, preferably related to:

    • Cost / Project Management

    • Capital / Cost Planning

    • Procurement

    • Finance

  • Ability to navigate cost information system applications such as SAP, CALM, FMS PS. Able to pick up usage of various T-codes for facilities cost management.

  • Demonstrate high level integrity in managing sensitive data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in Database (e.g. SQL) and Data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau).

  • Experience in supporting and working with multi-functional teams in a multifaceted environment.

  • Adaptability to embrace Business Volatility.
