About the Role:

Join CrowdStrike's dynamic Partner Programs team in this strategic role as Program Manager, ELP and MSP! Reporting to the Director of Global Partner Programs, you'll accelerate CrowdStrike’s journey to $10B by enabling our ecosystem of partners to deliver critical reactive and proactive security services and cutting-edge managed services. This high-impact position is instrumental in expanding CrowdStrike's business through strategic partnerships and innovative program development.

As a key player in Stopping The Breach, you'll play a pivotal role in growing CrowdStrike's market presence by developing and executing programs that empower partners to maximize the full potential of the Falcon platform. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven professional who is passionate about building successful partner programs, driving enablement initiatives, and creating transformative solutions in the cybersecurity space.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and evolve CrowdStrike's Engagement License Program (ELP) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) program strategy, including program design, pricing models, and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Drive program execution and operational excellence by developing program documentation, policies, and procedures, and monitor partner compliance with program requirements.

  • Collaborate with partner enablement teams to develop and scale partner capabilities across resell, MSP, and services partners, ensuring successful execution of security assessments, risk reviews, and incident response engagements through structured certification programs and enablement frameworks.

  • Spearhead MSP business growth through strategic aggregator partnerships, optimizing consumption-based licensing models, and implementing automated solutions to streamline partner operations and accelerate market adoption.

  • Work with technical and partner enablement teams to develop technical certification requirements and assessment playbooks while monitoring partner performance and delivery quality to ensure consistent service delivery across the ecosystem.

  • Track and report key program KPIs, including revenue, partner adoption, and growth metrics while delivering quarterly business reviews and implementing process automation initiatives to scale program efficiency.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Alliances, Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure aligned program execution, while effectively coordinating regional initiatives and driving successful integration of partner programs across the organization.

 

What You'll Need:

  • 8+ years experience in partner/channel management with specific focus on managed service partner (MSP) programs

  • Strong understanding of software-as-a-service licensing models, consumption-based pricing, and Packaged MSP business operations

  • Experience in developing and maintaining partner program frameworks, including tier structures, benefits, and requirements

  • Proven track record of managing complex partner relationships and driving revenue growth through licensing programs

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting program metrics, partner performance, and business impact

  • Excellent project and change management capabilities with ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

  • Experience working with enterprise-level MSPs and understanding of their service delivery models

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 20%

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $100,000 - $170,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
