The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, for a project based assignment. In this pivotal role, you will drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that power our digital commerce platform and support our global expansion. You will be the connective tissue between business stakeholders, engineering teams, design, and external vendors, ensuring alignment, clarity, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent technology programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-scope completion
- Directly manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, design, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment
- Own the roadmap planning and prioritization process for technology initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including system integrators, platform providers, and third-party technology partners
- Support implementation and optimization efforts across digital commerce platforms, including theme development, app integrations, and checkout enhancements
- Support integration projects leveraging iPaaS solutions to connect ERP, WMS, OMS, and other enterprise systems
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including status reporting, risk management, and escalation protocols
- Collaborate with the Design team to ensure digital experiences align with AMIRI's luxury brand standards and aesthetic vision
- Partner with Engineering to define technical requirements, review architecture decisions, and ensure scalable solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, team efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction
Requirements:
- 7+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years in digital technology environments
- Proven experience managing Project Managers or cross-functional teams
- Experience working with enterprise platforms and system integrations across domains such as ERP, WMS, OMS, or similar
- Strong understanding of complex system ecosystems and data flows
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party development teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
- PMP, PgMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify Plus or similar
- Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato
- Experience in fashion, luxury retail, or the apparel industry
- Familiarity with global e-commerce operations and international market expansion
- Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP systems
- Knowledge of headless commerce architecture and composable commerce
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and digital brand expression
Location:
- Downtown Los Angeles
- Must be available to work onsite 3x a week
