About the Role
We're seeking a Program Manager with strong analytical chops to support a global ecommerce product initiative. This is an embedded contractor role where you'll work directly with our client's team. This role sits at the intersection of program management and strategic analysis. You'll be driving cross-functional programs forward while digging into large datasets to inform business decisions and market opportunities.
What You'll Do
You'll manage the full lifecycle of complex programs, keeping stakeholders aligned and hitting deadlines across multiple time zones. Beyond project orchestration, you'll dive into financial modeling and market analysis to help size opportunities and shape strategy. Expect to work extensively in Google Sheets and SQL, pulling insights from global datasets and translating them into clear, compelling decks for leadership. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams across business, product, and operations; Strong communication and the ability to distill complexity are essential.
What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting, or analytical roles
- Strong analytical foundation: financial modeling, market sizing, comfort wrangling large, messy datasets
- Technical skills: Advanced Google Workspace (especially Sheets), SQL proficiency
- Program management fundamentals: stakeholder management, deadline-driven execution, ability to keep complex initiatives on track
- Communication skills: Deck building, translating data into strategy, collaborating across functions
- Consulting or business background preferred (marketing experience not required)
- MBA not required
Work Environment
Fully remote contractor position, embedded with the client team. You'll be working with a global team supporting a fast-moving ecommerce product.
