Job Summary

The Program Manager, Agentic Automation is the primary operational driver for Create Music Group’s Digital Workforce Transformation initiatives. This role partners directly with the Sr. Director of Agentic Automation to operationalize AI-driven workflows at scale by owning documentation, stakeholder coordination, SOP creation, and delivery execution. The role provides the operational structure and governance required to move agentic workflows from proof of concept into trusted, production-ready systems.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary stakeholder liaison for cross-functional teams (Music Ops, Finance, Legal), translating operational pain points into clearly defined technical requirements and “Jobs to Be Done.”
  • Capture, structure, and maintain AI-augmented documentation including technical requirements, SOPs, workflow definitions, and user stories
  • Own the blueprinting, tracking, and delivery of agentic automation workflows from proof of concept through full production deployment
  • Develop and maintain transparency artifacts (“Evidence Packs,” execution logs) to build internal trust and auditability for automated AI actions
  • Coordinate with Engineering teams to ensure workflows are technically feasible, production-hardened, and aligned with platform standards
  • Maintain a prioritized, evolving backlog of automation initiatives aligned to strategic objectives and delivery timelines
  • Ensure workflows and documentation support analytics-ready Gold-layer reporting requirements
  • Support launch and adoption of internal self-service automation tooling (Create AI Studio)
  • Reduce manual discovery, handoffs, and operational friction through standardized AI-assisted processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Data/Automation-focused roles
  • Proven experience in technical or data-focused project management roles bridging strategy and execution
  • Strong experience using AI tools and LLMs for documentation, summarization, and workflow design
  • Data literacy, including familiarity with Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) data architecture concepts
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Atlas) and Miro for roadmap visualization and project tracking
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with evolving scope
  • Prior experience working closely with engineering, data, or AI teams required
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the music industry value chain (metadata, DSP pitching, royalty workflows)

Pay Scale

  • $115,000 - $130,000 per year
  • The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
