Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver strategic, cross-functional programs that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex initiatives, coordinating multiple projects, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful program execution. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, communication, and risk management skills to deliver business value on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs.
  • Define program goals, scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Manage multiple interconnected projects and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, engineering, operations, and external partners.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Track program progress using KPIs, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
  • Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
  • Drive change management and ensure successful adoption of program outcomes.
  • Establish and improve program management processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Resolve escalations and remove delivery impediments.
  • Mentor project managers and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in project or program management.
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 40,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 140,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
