Leidos has an immediate opening for a Program Finance Manager to join our Civilian Enterprise team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, forecasting, tracking, and reporting across programs supporting the Public Infrastructure portfolio and the Department of State. You will lead all aspects of program financial management, including the monthly close process, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, and financial reporting, while driving key financial initiatives from planning through execution.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Significant interface with the Program Operation Managers, Contracts, FP&A, and other Support organizations. 
  • Implement financial policies and procedures in support of the program. 
  • Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines, develop WBS and related dictionaries, develop schedules or Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs), budgets, and assist in new business proposals providing input and cost volumes to management. 
  • Provide data and reporting formats for all types and levels of program financial reviews. 
  • Prepare written and verbal reports to senior leadership regarding cost schedule variances.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in program finance control or operations finance.
  • At least 2 years of prior experience as a team lead / finance manager.
  • Defense contract industry experience with extensive knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts. 
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentations skills.
  • US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Leidos financial systems and applications; such as:  Hyperion, OBI, Cognos, Fusion, Insight, and Cost Point. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications; such as: Project, Excel, and Word.

Pay Range:Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
