BAE is looking for an experienced Program Director manage a complex, enterprise-impacting Data Center Transformation program that will drive business value, reduce costs, and improve overall resilience. You will develop and execute a comprehensive plan for the program, ensuring successful delivery of strategic cloud adoption, modernization of architecture, and transformation of data center infrastructure.
The candidate will have strong program management experience managing multiple concurrent programs with several projects rolling up under each of the program. The candidate will be leading a multi-year program through the project life-cycle management framework, with visibility and reporting to executive leadership.

Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Program leadership in this role will include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive execution plan for the Data Center Transformation program, leveraging our life-cycle management framework
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), to ensure successful program execution
- Manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring compliance with BAE Systems' policies and procedures
- Develop and implement effective communication and stakeholder management plans, ensuring engagement with senior leadership, stakeholders, and team members
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement activities for the program
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with BAE Systems' overall IT strategy and business objectives
- Ensure the program is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Provide executive-level reporting on program status, progress, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years of work experience in IT, data center operations, or a related field
- Enhanced servant leadership skills and customer-centric approach
- Experience in leading complex business-facing initiatives, preferably in data center transformation or modernization
- Strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Business and strategic plan development, project finance management, and earned value management experience
- Process development experience and executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with data center infrastructure, including power distribution, floor layouts, backup systems, and cooling systems
- Knowledge of cloud computing, including migration of workloads to cloud providers
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

- Experience driving enterprise standardization and transformation with executive-level accountability
- PMP Certification and Agile Certification
- Hands-on implementation experience with data center transformation or modernization
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
