Annual Salary: $134,000.00 to $137,000.00 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
MHM Services, a Centurion company, is proud to be the provider of mental health services to the California Department of State Hospitals Conditional Release Program (CONREP).
The CONREP program is a statewide system that provides standardized intensive community outpatient mental health services for judicially committed individuals and mentally disordered offenders.
We are currently seeking a full-time Forensic Program Director to join our team at the Arroyo Grande CONREP Program located in San Luis Obispo, California.
Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm
The Program Director will coordinate and oversee the CONREP forensic treatment program and supervise the clinical staff. The Community Program Director will be responsible for administrative guidance of the services provided including case management, evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, crisis management, court report writing, and witness testimony.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters level degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited educational institution required.
- Licensed in the state of California Required: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC
- Training with an emphasis in forensics preferred.
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with mental illnesses, substance abuse problem, and history of violent behavior.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
