We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Program Coordinator for our Mass Save Contractor Services Team. The Program Coordinator is responsible for processing contractor invoices, calculating program incentives, and ensuring the accuracy of contractor's submitted project documentation and payments. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized and tech-savvy who are responsible and accountable while adhering to program and operations guidelines. 

You will be responsible for the following...

  • Processing all contractors’ complete invoices for the Mass Save program. Calculating all pricing data and program percentages/incentives.

  • Providing daily invoicing assistance to all Contractors within the program as well as assisting Contractor Account Managers. Maintaining working relationships with all contractors and their Account Managers.

  • Daily tracking and verifying of program documentation and correspondence using Excel and internal proprietary software.

  • Payment processing, billing adjustments, data entry, gathering and tracking data and assuring data quality using various software programs.

  • Exporting predesigned batch reports on a recurring weekly basis.

  • Attending and assisting in staff meetings and other program support groups or projects.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.

  • High School Diploma required.

Targeted Compensation Range...

  • $20-$23 depending on experience.
