Lifehouse is looking for an organized, people-focused Program Coordinator to support our Director of Programs and Operations, Marin Supported Living Services (SLS) team, and Quality Assurance team. This is a varied role that combines program coordination, intake, documentation, quality assurance, and office support.
What you will do:
- Support the intake process, including gathering information, conducting interviews with individuals and families, and preparing assessments
- Provide administrative and program support to the Director of Programs and Operations and Marin Supported Living Services team
- Maintain Individual Service Plan (ISP) records, program databases, tracking systems, and other required documentation
- Coordinate and track required program documentation and follow up with staff to ensure records are complete and timely
- Support Quality Assurance activities, training records, and audit preparation
- Coordinate meetings, communications, events, and program materials
What you will bring:

- At least two years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, human services, social services, or a related field

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; nonprofit or human services experience a plus
- Valid California driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel locally
