The Program Coordinator - APAC NPD Commercial Readiness will play an integral role in managing the execution of our product strategy in the APAC markets. This role will drive project management for on time products to the markets, coordinate closely with cross functional team members on key deliverables, and own the interface to the APAC markets. The right individual will have a collaborative working style with an enthusiasm for making connections with cross-functional co-workers, creative problem solving, a strong sense of ownership, and desire to work with international markets.
The main work of this team will be to ensure that all APAC NPD related liaison / coordination work is being executed well. Specifically, this team's work will include:
  • Project Management of APAC NPD, starting with the NPD SKU kick-off
  • Coordinating with PMO, PD, Engineering, Compliance, Legal and Marketing, on key deliverables / workstreams related to APAC NPD.
  • Owning the interface with the APAC market teams

Responsibilities:
  • Own product roadmap development + delivery for respective APAC market. Drive decision making to deliver against appropriate NPD timelines.
  • Liaise with APAC affiliates, and internal Product Development, Program Management, Brand Marketing, Compliance, and Creative departments to ensure timely execution of product launches. Own from initial Product Kickoff to 13 weeks (3 months) post in market launch
  • Artwork development support - Own artwork list, translation requirements, + User Interface definitions
  • Work closely with regional Consumer Insights team on product roadmap validation.
  • For each new project, ensure deliver of local requirements, including specifications, sell in materials, marketing and consumer services assets, parts/accessories, and recipes.
  • Work with local legal teams on IP clearance + claims support.
  • Become an expert in the relevant APAC market - understand price, positioning, competitive landscape, and market needs. Work closely with regional product teams to translate these insights into actions and track against progress and validation.
  • Assist in process establishment/documentation within newly developed department within SharkNinja

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing or communications) or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years prior Product, Program Management, or Marketing experience
  • Consumer-packaged goods + International Business experience preferred
  • Travel possible (1-2 trips/year).
  • Availability for early morning and evening meetings weekly

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

$83,880-$102,520 USD
