This is an SCA/non-exempt position with a minimum hourly rate of $28.45.
Advanced level supporting the Project Office with tasks such as managing the day to day operations of the office, organizing and maintaining files and records, planning and scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations, and making travel and guest arrangements. Coordinating strategic plans, project plans, presentations, reports, and position papers. Coordinating responses to NASA and external agency requests. Monitoring and documenting actions from telecoms and meetings, as required.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma, plus five years of applicable professional experience. Associates of Arts, Associates of Science, Bachelor of Arts, or Bachelor of Science is preferred. Background in project support, and familiarity with Office tools and project management processes. Familiarity with the manner in which work is performed by multiple NASA centers, international partners, multiple contractors and university-affiliated personnel is a plus.
