ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril's Maritime Division is responsible for planning and executing Anduril's product and revenue roadmap for maritime missions. Working across product, engineering, business development, logistics, and operations, the Maritime team develops, tests, deploys, and sustains the Anduril maritime capabilities in a challenging operational environment worldwide. This role is crucial in ensuring that each initiative aligns with the company's strategic direction and receives the appropriate resourcing, balancing innovation with practical execution to drive the business line's success.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Program Analyst - Scheduler to join our Surface Program Management Office team at Anduril who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the flow of program and engineering products. Here you will work on cutting-edge technology aimed at advancing the state-of-the-possible. The Program Analyst - Scheduler is responsible for provide tactical scheduling and strategic long range planning expertise to our program and engineering teams and more! If you are someone who is a highly motivated team player who is willing to support a fast paced team environment and detail oriented self starter with minimal oversight then this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
    • Provide tactical scheduling and strategic long range planning expertise to our Surface Program Management Office (PMO) team
    • Coordinate, review, plan and schedule inputs from the business and planning to create an integrated master schedule
    • Utilize Microsoft Project, Primavera and other applications to ensure work is scheduled and prioritized accurately and efficiently, and resources allocated appropriately
    • Prepare daily work schedules, track work progress, update project critical path schedules, and advise leadership of needed adjustments to daily work activities
    • Perform schedule baseline change control, collection and tracking performance, critical path analysis and variance analysis as required
    • Ensure requisite program and technical requirements are properly scheduled to facilitate an effective and efficient PMO
    • Schedule production, operations planning, and engineering support to eliminate obstacles and deliver products on time
    • Coordinate support from other internal resources such as inspection, testing, engineering, and supply chain as needed to meet program deliverables
    • Identify and support improvement opportunities for product yield, quality, safety, cost and team efficiency
    • Identify process automation opportunities and drive organizational efficiency improvements
    • Organize and communicate the daily priorities to technical leads, production coordinators, team leads and supervisors as required
    • Provide daily visibility, weekly status, and monthly reviews on schedule performance
    • Develop and analyze metrics that tie engineering and production to enterprise goals as required
    • Lead the creation of scheduling tools and initiatives in support of Anduril’s overall scheduling maturation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of scheduling experience
    • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • 2 years of scheduling experience with MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling software
US Salary Range
$108,000$162,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
