Silverfort is a cyber-security company that develops a revolutionary identity protection platform. Using patented technology, our product enables strong authentication across entire corporate networks and cloud environments, without any modifications to endpoints and servers. In addition, we use advanced behavior analytics to apply adaptive authentication policies and prevent cyber-attacks in real time.

Our mission is to provide industry-leading unified identity protection solutions for hybrid and multi-cloud environments. We develop cutting-edge cybersecurity technology that solves urgent customer needs today and is also a game changer for years to come.

Silverfort’s team includes exceptional researchers, engineers, and technology experts who successfully tackle some of the most complex challenges in cyber-security. Silverfort has happy customers worldwide, strong market validation (including several industry awards), strategic partnerships with the largest security vendors in the world, and significant funding from leading VCs.

As a Professional Services Consultant at Silverfort, you will act as a trusted advisor and technical expert for our enterprise customers. You will partner closely with customer teams to plan, configure, and optimize the Silverfort platform, ensuring it aligns with their identity security strategy and operational needs. This role combines strategic guidance with hands-on technical engagement, helping customers accelerate adoption while building their internal capabilities for long-term success.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise – Partner with enterprise customers to design and configure Silverfort solutions that align with security strategy and business priorities.
  • Hands-on Delivery – Perform configuration, policy design, integration support, and tuning of the Silverfort platform in customer environments.
  • Strategic Advisory – Provide guidance on identity protection strategy, program planning, and architectural alignment.
  • Enablement – Mentor and train customer administrators, share best practices, and ensure sustainable platform operations.
  • Operational Playbooks – Contribute to runbooks, workflows, governance models, and monitoring frameworks to support ongoing success.
  • Change Management – Support customer teams in planning secure rollouts of identity protections and user education initiatives.
  • Customer Advocacy – Represent customer needs within Silverfort and collaborate with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams to drive improvements.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional services, solution architecture, or security consulting experience, ideally in identity or cybersecurity.
  • Strong technical knowledge of identity and access management technologies (Active Directory, Azure AD, Kerberos, NTLM, SSO, MFA).
  • Experience with federated identity, privileged access, and modern IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping, CyberArk, SailPoint).
  • Solid understanding of networking and information security fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure (Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS, Azure).
  • Proven ability to balance technical execution with customer-facing communication and advisory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred

You’ll excel in this role if you are:

  • Skilled at translating complex identity and security concepts into actionable solutions.
  • Equally comfortable working hands-on in technical environments and advising senior stakeholders.
  • Driven by customer outcomes and long-term success.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic enterprise environments.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
