About the Role

As a Professional Services Associate, you will support bespoke customer engagements that go beyond standard implementation to deliver custom Risk Cloud® configurations, tailored GRC workflows, and actionable technical deliverables. As a key member of the Professional Services team, you will build hands-on platform expertise, expand your domain knowledge, and leverage cutting-edge tools, including embedded AI capabilities, to help customers maximize their investment in Risk Cloud from day one.

What You’ll Do
  • Application & Workflow Configuration: Develop deep working knowledge of Risk Cloud to build hands-on Risk Cloud configurations and custom application workflows based on documented customer requirements and defined project plans.
  • Project Accountability & Time Tracking: Track and log project time accurately across engagements while proactively communicating progress, blockers, and status updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Interaction & Documentation: Participate in and lead customer-facing working sessions alongside senior team members, capturing precise requirements and producing clean configuration documentation.
  • AI & Workflow Efficiency: Utilize modern AI tools and automated utilities to streamline documentation drafting, summarize meeting notes, and accelerate daily task execution.
  • Continuous Skill Development: Complete assigned platform certifications and functional training modules to advance your technical proficiency within the Professional Services career track. While building core domain competency in GRC concepts, risk management, and compliance frameworks in support of client requirements
What You BringRequired
  • Relevant Experience: 2 years of experience in professional services, technical implementation, SaaS support, or consulting—or a relevant degree with a demonstrated interest in enterprise SaaS and risk management.
  • Precision & Organization: High attention to detail with proven ability to document requirements accurately, track commitments reliably, and ask clarifying questions before making assumptions.
  • Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to summarize technical discussions, author deliverables, and communicate project status to internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Aptitude: Curiosity and eagerness to develop deep expertise in Risk Cloud configuration, platform mechanics, and GRC domain standards.
  • Flexibility for On-Site Engagement: Willingness and ability to travel as needed for customer on-sites, team planning workshops, and company gatherings.
  • AI Literacy & Curiosity: Comfort utilizing AI-assisted tools to accelerate research, organize project inputs, summarize requirements, and drive daily operational efficiency.
Nice to Have:
  • GRC & Compliance Exposure: Prior coursework, internship experience, or exposure to GRC, risk management, internal audit, or regulatory compliance standards.
  • SaaS Platform Experience: Experience configuring, supporting, or administering enterprise cloud applications such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, or comparable software.
  • Consulting Delivery: Experience participating in structured customer project engagements involving defined scopes, project timelines, and deliverable handoffs.

The anticipated base salary range for the role is $70,000 - $80,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.


Office Location

This role is required to be based in our Chicago HQ or Bellevue office. We believe in-person collaboration strengthens how we support our customers and our teams.
