🧑🏻‍💻 About the role

First things first: you want to know what you’re actually applying for. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distill it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:

The Productivity Enablement Specialist supports GTM teams by reinforcing sales process, improving seller tool usage, and helping drive execution against core enablement programs. This role is responsible for enabling frontline sellers and managers to work more efficiently by maintaining up-to-date process content, monitoring productivity blockers, and executing regional enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong operator, comfortable with systems, workflows, and partnering closely with frontline teams to reinforce best practices.

✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Act as the primary enablement partner to US-based SMB and Mid-Market sales teams, owning the regional execution of enablement initiatives and process reinforcement (sales process, tools, and methodology).
  • Use dashboards and call insights to highlight performance and adoption of sales process, pipeline hygiene standards, stage progression criteria, and the Sandler selling methodology to optimise Sales Rep efficacy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, RevOps, and enablement peers to tie rep behaviours to performance outcomes, using insights to inform coaching and enablement plans.
  • Contribute to and deliver programs that improve pipeline generation, outbound execution, stage conversion, and opportunity velocity.
  • Provide support to managers and reps through deal reviews, Gong scorecards, Film Rooms (call recording) as well as team role play sessions.
  • Partner with Productivity Insights Manager to analyse trends in rep performance and productivity across Salesforce, Gong, Glean, and additional rep supporting tools.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to deliver enablement programs, reduce administrative overhead, and embed best practices into seller workflows.
  • Leverage quarterly/semi-annual enablement blueprints to execute a regional performance plan, aligned to GTM priorities and Company/Department OKRs.
  • Monitor adoption and performance of enablement programs using dashboards, surveys, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Create slide decks suited for executive level discussions, building the ability to story-tell and tie behaviours to outcomes.
  • Makes recommendations and offers support to the Onboarding Manager in building out US new hire curriculum.

🤝️ You’ll be a great fit if you bring the below with you:

  • 2-3+ Yrs demonstrated success in sales, sales ops, or enablement within a SaaS or B2B technology company.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Understanding of common sales motions and demonstrated ability to influence others.
  • Experience with sales supporting tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, and Glean.
  • Comfortable working with data and reports to identify trends and patterns.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, influence without authority, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and work autonomously, working with leaders to prioritize initiatives based on business demands.
  • Fast learner and change tolerant. Must thrive in fast paces environments.
  • Experience or understanding of the Sandler sales methodology is a plus.

This role will require regular travel across North America with some International Travel to Europe on occasion. This could represent up to 40% of your time at most.

Salary for the role $68,000 - $100,000 USD.

The referenced salary range is based on Mews' good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, and skill level as determined during the interview process.

💭 Life at Mews

That’s what we do, but what about who we are? Mews’ culture is special and difficult to capture in words, which makes writing this tricky. You'll experience the freedom to be yourself and the ability to watch your ideas come to life. You’ll have an open line of communication and an open invitation to after-work drinks, be they virtual or in-person. Sometimes the work can be challenging and there can be a lot of it, but you’ll always be able to rely on those around you.

Yes, we’re ambitious and we move fast, but we know the value of fun and taking a breather. We have slack channels for almost every interest imaginable, and an all-company meeting every Friday gives you the chance to ask any question to our leadership team.

To get more of an idea what life at Mews is like, check out our Instagram 📸.
We’re guided by our five key values; if you see yourself in them, it’s time to get in touch.

Embracing different perspectives, trying new things and feeling safe to bring your authentic self to work. If this sounds like you and you're ready to join a global, innovative, and exciting community, we'd love to hear from you!

One very important note….don’t hold back! Even if you think you don’t meet 100% of the criteria listed in this job role, we still encourage you to apply. We believe that everyone should have equal access to opportunities and want to ensure we provide an inclusive experience, so do let us know if there is anything else we can do to support your application process. We can’t wait to hear from you!

🤖 AI and Hiring at Mews

At Mews, we believe AI enhances our work but should not replace what humanises it and makes it individually ours. We see AI as a tool to support research, generate ideas, and drive efficiency, but creativity, critical thinking, and opinions differentiate us. As you apply, feel free to use AI to help structure your thoughts — but ensure your application and conversations with us, reflect your personal opinions, capabilities and experience. We’re building an AI-enabled workforce, and that starts with people who think independently and bring fresh ideas to the table. Because at Mews, making work more human is the ultimate goal.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
