Role Summary
Lead daily production operations on the humanoid robot assembly floor. Supervise staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement to meet production goals efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate production staff, providing training, feedback, and support.

  • Plan and manage daily workflows to meet output and quality targets.

  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and workplace standards.

  • Ensure compliance with quality procedures and minimize defects.

  • Troubleshoot production, equipment, or resource issues to maintain throughput.

  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.

  • Communicate production metrics and performance updates to management.

  • Collaborate across departments to resolve bottlenecks and ensure material flow.

  • Proven experience supervising production or manufacturing teams.

  • Strong understanding of production planning, quality, and safety practices.

  • Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving under time pressure.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of defect reduction, process control, and continuous improvement.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $90,000–$120,000 + Equity
