Your New Role
The Production Finance Coordinator is part of the team that oversees all aspects of Production Finance across HBO and MAX original programming.
This position is responsible for supporting the HBO/MAX Production Finance department, including administration and scheduling support for Head of PF. Tasks include various administrative functions such as scheduling, pulling backup, processing invoices, managing various spreadsheets, booking travel, and coordinating with our freelance accounting teams.
The Coordinator will also assist in performing independent production audits, and review the business unit's processes.
Your Role Accountabilities

  • Provide general administrative support for the department, such as scheduling meetings, facilitating communications for various business units, and organizing/maintaining files and records.
  • Assist in gathering the proper documentation for various audits.
  • Processing Invoices
  • Distribution and Correspondence with Freelance Accounting teams
  • Manage special projects as assigned.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous administrative experience is required.
  • Production accounting experience preferred.
  • High school diploma required.
  • College degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe required.
  • Familiarity with production accounting software (e.g., PSL, SmartAccounting) is a plus.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, and filing procedures.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, in person and on the telephone.
  • Must be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
  • Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively.
  • Must be able to work well under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,210.00 - $78,390.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
