Who we are looking for

Promenade (formerly known as BloomNation) is rapidly growing and looking for a Vice President of Product. Our ideal candidate is an analytical, entrepreneurial, and creative Product Leader to help grow our business lines. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will be responsible for helping lead a team that owns the strategy, roadmap, and development of our SaaS product portfolio within our four vertical brands (BloomNation, Dig-in, Swigg, and Bevv)

Specifically, you will…

• Drive product strategy, road mapping, and execution across the organization
• Create and empower a professional product management discipline
• Help set and iterate on our cross-company product management processes
• Lead a team that is building a B2B Web & Mobile commerce experiences for Retailers & Brands
• Hire and retain top talent in the industry;
• Inspire the organization by exceeding the expectations of customers and business partners
• Oversee the consistency of user experiences
• Work together with our Product, Design, and Customer Success teams to refine and improve the way we build products for our customers
• Define the road to Continuous Delivery for all applications with streamlined pipelines, deployments, and alerting/monitoring strategy

You will excel if you have…

• History of success with 7+ years of leadership experience in B2B, B2C eCommerce, or SaaS offerings
• Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop a high performing and at times geographically dispersed team
• Proven excellence as a leader in product management, capable of driving high-impact initiatives that deliver meaningful business results
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a demonstrated ability to use numbers and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes; experience with financial modeling and statistics is a plus
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong bias for action
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting across all levels of the organization and with external partners
